Sydney Black

Sydney Black has over a decade of experience in the legal field. Her practice focuses on a wide range of legal matters, including environmental defense, occupational health and safety, commercial arbitration, construction, energy, estate, and general litigation. Sydney was part of the team of skilled attorneys that successfully negotiated a significant settlement on behalf of female city employees and firefighters in Leduc, who faced systemic sexual misconduct. She has also received notable recognition for her legal work. She was recently named as one of the Ones to Watch in Corporate and Commercial Litigation by Best Lawyers in Canada (2025).
