As a recognized Corporate Futurist and Strategist, she currently serves Strategic Foresight lead with Foresight Factory, after tenure as a Foresight Fellow at Ford Motor Company. Her impressive track record also includes leading one of Deloitte’s premier innovation programs and driving transformation efforts in Canadian higher education. Known for melding the abstract world of future possibilities with the concrete art of crafting actionable strategies, Sabrina's work is a testament to her commitment to deep research, critical thinking, and the occasional delightful surprise. Her distinctive approach has also led to the creation of by+by, an initiative dedicated to building capacity and fostering new ways of working around embedding strategic foresight in organizations. Sabrina's focus remains steadfast on ensuring organizations and their people are tomorrow-ready, poised for a future of choice over constraint.
