Karim Ismail is an Associate at BD&P where he maintains a general commercial litigation and restructuring practice. He has assisted individual and corporate clients on disputes related to employment, energy, construction, securities, debt recovery, and restructuring. His practice areas include estate litigation, shareholder rights and activism, litigation and dispute resolution, mediation and wills and estates.
