My name is Aly Thomson and I am a freelance journalist based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
I am a recent graduate of the journalism program at the University of King’s College in Halifax. Since graduating, I have been freelancing for a number of local publication including Metro News Halifax and Halifax Magazine.
I am particularly interested in journalism, music, cats, fashion, cat fashion and current affairs. I have an unhealthy obsession with coffee. I have a commanding CD and vinyl collection that most people would consider pointless. I also own lots of shoes.
