Raluca Besliu is a master student in Refugees and Forced Migration Studies at the University of Oxford. She has earned her bachelor’s degree at Vassar College, New York State, majoring in International Studies. Being originally from Romania, Raluca is interested in Romanian and Eastern European politics. She is simultaneously interested in refugee and human rights issues, global politics, peace and post-conflict reconstruction.
