Joy Lutes

Joy Lutes has a strong background in communications that comes from more than a decade of working with political campaigns, elected officials, non-profit organizations and trade associations. She worked on political campaigns at the local, state and federal levels before spending several years on Capitol Hill in various communications capacities. She also served as a freelance writer and editor for an award-winnig newspaper. Lutes is a graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University where she is a member of the Alumni Council. She lives in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. with her husband and adorable basset hound.
