This is another one out of the book A Haircut in Horse Town and Other Great Car Talk Puzzlers by Tom and Ray Magliozzi of Car Talk and you don't need any math skills. Just a little science and history.

This is one that I learned as a child. As such I don't have a website to link to. But I did promise last week that this week's puzzle wouldn't have a bunch of website devoted to the answer.

This is a problem I first discovered in the book, [i]A Haircut in Horse Town and Other Great Car Talk Puzzlers[/i] by Tom and Ray Magliozzi of Car Talk (hence the link to their site even though they apparently don't do brain teasers anymore).

Have I been living up to what is expected as a Citizen Journalist member of Digital Journal? Will I do so in the future? This is just a small apology and statement to a future commitment about taking part in this online community.

At high speeds, bikes prove no match for trucks or cars. It's been proven, there is no need to test the theory further. Yet somebody else felt the need to pit a high speed bike against city traffic.

Some information about the sorts of settings you see when trying to lock down your wireless network. Followed by an almost step by step to help you through. Of course, as things change this may need to be updated but so far so good...

Should you spend the time, effort, and/or expense of locking down your wireless network? What is the worst that could happen? This is not an exhaustive list but it should give you some idea of the risk.
