Miriam Mannak

I am a freelance journalist and photographer working form Cape Town, South Africa. Originally from The Netherlands, I was raised in Rwanda and Angola, and I have lived in various countries including the United States and Israel. In 2004 I moved to South Africa. I kick-started my journalism career in 2002 and over the years I have worked and written for the Cape Times, Inter Press Service, various Dutch national newspapers including Het Financiele Dagblad, The Big Issue South Africa, Leadership Magazine, and both inflight magazines of Emirates.
