The risk of reporting rumor as news without doing the proper research and homework for an article, is embarrassment when the facts are eventually revealed. This is evidenced by recent reports about Sarah Palin's baby, Trig and daughter, Bristol.

The monster called depression has given away a secret. The brain has to develop new nerve cells, to benefit fully from exercise and antidepressants. That could be a very significant finding. Exercise and antidepressants use the same neural pathways.

In an era when agendas for science papers are studied as closely as the papers themselves, this study is a skeptic’s firing range, on both sides. Organic food is hot, if you’ll excuse the pun. The thinking, however, isn’t so hot.

Russian diplomacy has always been tricky. When German chancellor Bismarck was informed the Russian ambassador to Berlin had died, Bismarck paused for a moment, and asked “Really? I wonder what could have been his motive?” — Things haven’t changed.

General description: inquisitive, loyal, outspoken, starving artist, aspiring writer, avid reader, fact finder extraordinaire.
Reporting on: censorship, New Brunswick oddities, the disadvantaged and forgotten, political 'maneuvering', and other hidden gems. If it's news, I research, research, research, and then report it in my own voice.
Likes: books, kind and trustworthy people, information, lively discussion, open minds.
Dislikes: regressive conservatism, excessive censorship, 'massaging and producing' information, dishonesty, 'experts'.
Life goals: becoming a published writer and respected artist, learning several foreign languages, the continued respect and friendship of my family and peers.
Secret 'shames': truly horrid 'reality shows' (they're such fun to critique), good ice cream, dark chocolate, bad 80's music (it's corny and schmaltzy but I was a teen back then)
