I'm not a hockey mom. Does that make me less of a woman? I believe in pro-choice. Does that make me on the wrong side? I think all women have the right to choose between work, home or both. I work mostly in. Does that take me out of the feminism movement?

Sarah Palin is rapidly becoming a household name, in part because of unfounded rumors by liberal bloggers, sheer speculation and the media's rush to report on those rumors without verifying the information first.

Unlike the speech that the Republican vice presidential candidate gave last night, John McCain's speech was geared more at showing the contrast between Barack Obama and himself, putting Washington on notice and discussing problems Americans face.

Speech video added. Her name has been in the headlines for days. The second Sarah Palin was announced by John McCain as his vice presidential candidate, the media and bloggers have been dedicating unbelievable amounts of ink to this Governor from Alaska.

I am a Combat Medic Master Sergeant in the U.S.Air Force. My life is dedicated to protecting the rights and freedoms of people everywhere. I also believe it is the duty of every American to fix the problems they don't agree with. Right now, the media, including citizen journalism, is overwhelmed with a "liberal" bias. I feel this is detrimental to the growth and development of a peaceful society. Harmony is the root of societal bliss, and while we may disagree with the steps, we must agree with the goal. To this end, I believe I must take up a pen in addition to my sword and voice my opinion on the things that matter to me.
Everything I write is based on my own views and in no way refelcts on the views or opinions of the United States government or the U.S. Air Force.
