'This is America. When ordering, please speak English.'

In a case that made national news in June of 2006, a shop owner, Joey Vento refused to remove a sign from his front window that said, "This is America. When ordering, please speak English." Today the Commission on Human Relations ruled in his favor.

15-year-old girl in Brazil prison with 20 men for a month

A teenager was put in a Brazilian jail with more than 20 men for a month and she was raped several times. She was also forced to have sex for food and was imprisoned with no formal charges, according to a Brazil human rights group.
