I am from Myanmar. I have at least fifteen years' experience in print journalism. I also write blogs for Mandalay Gaztette, an online newspaper based in USA. I am a member of the International Journalists Network. I contributed current Myanmar news and articles to some websites.
I learnt newspaper journalism by self-study and apprenticeship in local daily newspaper. I also learnt online journalism by self-study. After learning journalism systematically in the university, I will go back my home land and share my knowledge with my juniors and other young local journalists. Then I will try my best to enter the circle of international journalists. Simultaneously I will fight for free press in Myanmar together with the network of other journalists all over the world. I hope I will be able to join them in different activities of developing citizen journalism. I intend to organize my colleagues in Myanmar to establish a news media agency.
