Lonna Lisa Williams got her M.A. in English from San Diego State University in California. Her grandparents were university professors, and her uncle and cousin were professional photographers. She worked for 3.5 years as a journalist and photographer at the “Mountain News” in California, where she also taught community college English for several years. She left America in 2010 and taught English in Russia, Turkey, and China. She writes news articles and photo essays for “Digital Journal,” “Yahoo,” and “The Clarion Project.” She also makes Youtube videos
