Residents of the island Lesbos in Greece have lost a court ruling that would have put the word lesbian on the no-no list. The Greek citizens that reside on Lesbos are called Lesbians. They didn't want their name associated with gay women.

I am a citizen journalist. Take that how you will. I write about the world and the problems that I find out about. I don’t write about fluffy puppies most of the time.

We have a Brady Bunch life where I live. My partner and I share a total of 6 kids between us with three still at home. Yes I live in the teenage twilight zone! Battlestations ahead.

I've done the homeschool thing. I've done the single mom thing. I have miles on these smile lines that you've never seen. I groove to Slam. I dance to da tunes.

And I think the Meredith Brooks' song Bitch is the true song of my life. ;P
