The owner of Mulligan's Bar and Grill in Georgia has caused quite a stir, leading to protesters outside of his establishment because he has been selling T-shirts that depicts cartoon chimp Curious George peeling a banana, with "Obama in '08" underneath.

Murdered Girl Had Called 911 For Help And Got None

Standard procedure was not followed when a girl, Brittany Zimmermann, called 911 for help and when the dispatcher heard nothing on the line, just went about her business instead of calling the number back. Brittany was murdered that night.

Supreme Court Upholds Indiana's Photo ID Law

In a 6 to 3 vote the Supreme Court rejected a constitutional challenge over Indiana's Photo ID Law, which would require voters to show a government issued identification to be allowed to cast a ballot at elections.
