Study: Canada's Do Not Call List working, 78% getting less calls

Toronto - According to a new survey, many Canadians believe they are receiving fewer unwanted telemarketing calls due in part to the National Do Not Call List (DNCL). Rogue telemarketers still remain a challenge for the DNCL regulator.
