Mexico's Santiago River has become a toxic 'environmental hell'

By the time the Santiago River bursts over a waterfall on the outskirts of Guadalajara, in western Mexico, its stench seems to be everywhere. The river reeks of industrial waste and sewage and is possibly the most polluted river in North America.
