The tragedy that was the Costa Concordia continues to make news as the ship's captain, Francesco Schettino, and five others, were in court in Grosetto, Italy, on Monday to begin a hearing that will determine if they can be charged for the disaster.

The Costa Concordia, the Italian liner that listed and partially submerged in January, is back in the news. The American company involved in removing it, Titan Salvage, now expects to have the ship refloated and towed away by the Spring of 2013.

The job to remove the massive cruise liner the Costa Concordia from the rocks off the island of Giglio in the Tuscan Bay has yet to be awarded. However, an official said Thursday, April 12 that the work will begin in May.
