The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague upheld Bosnian Serb paramilitary leader Milan Lukic’s life sentence for murdering Muslims during the Bosnian war, and lowered Sredoje Lukic’s time in jail from 30 years to 27.
