Shooting suspect bites ear of police dog during arrest

Wilmington - Maxx, a 2-year-old police dog, was allegedly bitten on the ear to the point his ear was almost severed in two. The alleged biter was attempting to avoid police in Wilmington, N.C. who were trying to arrest him after a shooting.
