Video: Kayaker rescues dog lost after owner killed by car

Sarasota - A Florida man kayaking in the Gulf of Mexico was surprised by a dog that swam up to him while he was fishing off Siesta Key. After posting his video on YouTube he learned the dog had ran away from the scene of a DUI accident in which the owner was killed.
