Fast food chain McDonald's has rejected for a second time an anti-obesity proposal tabled in response to the growing epidemic of childhood obesity fuelled by junk food.

McDonald's announced this week that global revenue streams rose to 7.4 percent with stores open at least 13 months. This high number was due in part to high demand from Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
