It was a big day for "General Hospital" as it landed 28 Daytime Emmy nominations. "Young and the Restless" followed with 25 nods while "Bold and the Beautiful" nabbed 19.
Although the soap opera has seen better days, it seems the Daytime Emmy Awards still love them. "The Young and the Restless" leads the pack with 26 nominations.

It is always a pleasure to note when the Daytime Emmy Awards are being handed out. Why? Because they are handed out at night. Shouldn't they be handed out during the daytime and on a weekday, when their viewers are watching?
