Canadian gov. minister Oda dinged taxpayer for hotel smoking fine

A former member of the Steven Harper cabinet in Canada, Bev Oda passed along to taxpayers her $250 fine for smoking in a Washington hotel room in 2010. The former minister for international co-operation resigned from the House of Commons in July.
