P.E.I. set to introduce 14% HST Apr 2013 in next budget

Charlottetown - At the same time British Columbia abolishes the Harmonized Sales Tax, the Atlantic province of Prince Edward Island will introduce the 14 percent HST on Apr. 1, 2013, which many businesses are pushing for.
