Top court to decide Ellard's fate in B.C. murder case

Canada's top court heard that numerous confessions in the Reena Virk murder case proves the guilt of Kelly Ellard, according to prosecutors.

Ellard case arrives at Canada's highest court

Fourteen year old Reena Virk was beaten and drowned in British Columbia in late 1997 by a group of teenagers. One of the accused, Kelly Ellard, whose two convictions have been overturned, is facing an appeal by B. C. prosecutors.
