Dallas - The Utah Jazz visited the site of President John F. Kennedy's assassination Friday night, a day before they are set to play the Dallas Mavericks.

New York - In front of a star-studded crowd the New York Knicks put on a scoring clinic notching 131 points as they hit the 120-plus mark for the twelfth time this season. Chauncey Billups sat out his fourth game with a thigh injury, but the Knicks still flourished.

Salt Lake City - The Nuggets have been on a roll as of late sitting in the fifth playoff spot in the West with a chance to move up and get home court advantage. The Jazz were in the playoffs but their struggles have knocked them down to the tenth spot.

Salt Lake City - The Celtics hit a road block in the second game of their road trip, but rallied to finish with two wins. The Jazz on the other hand lost to the Pistons after winning their first game under their new coach Tyrone Corbin.

Detroit - The Jazz gave their new coach his first win Feb.25 when they beat the Indiana Pacers, and were looking to keep it rolling as visited the struggling Pistons. The Pistons are coming off a big loss to the Sixers after only playing six players in that loss.

Indianapolis - The Jazz have been struggling of late under new coach Tyrone Corbin losing three straight since he took over after Coach Jerry Sloan resigned. The Pacers made a coaching change as well brining in Frank Vogel on Jan. 30 and the Pacers have been 9-2 since.

Dallas - In a matter of two weeks the Jazz have lost their head coach in Jerry Sloan and their All-Star guard Deron Williams. Now it looks like the Jazz are back in rebuilding mode as the Mavericks look like they are hitting their stride to catch the Spurs.

Newark - The New Jersey Nets have been losers in the mission to get an All-Star caliber player to their team, and with them moving to Brooklyn in the future they just added a nice piece to build on with Williams from the Jazz.

Salt Lake City - The Jazz have lost twice to the Warriors this season with two of them coming on the Warriors floor. At home the Warriors won 85-78 and 96-81. The last time the Jazz won they were at home and Jerry Sloan was still their coach.

Phoenix - The Jazz have yet to get a win after Coach Jerry Sloan stepped down this past week. The Post Sloan era opened up with a game against the Suns with a 95-83 loss, and had to play them again four days later losing again 102-101.

Salt Lake City - The San Antonio Spurs wrapped up a three-game road trip against the Utah Jazz in Salt Lake City Wednesday night in a hard-fought game not decided until the final seconds in which the the Spurs prevailed, 112-105, improving their record to 39-7.
