Who is Alberta's new Senator Scott Tannas?

Ottawa - Prime Minister Stephen Harper appointed an Alberta elected Senator to Canada's upper chamber. The newly appointed Senator Scott Tannas supports senate reform and term limits. Tannas was elected in April 2012 under the progressive conservative banner.
