Obama Announces $2.3 Billion in Tax Credits for Clean Energy

On the day that it was confirmed there were 85,000 jobs lost in the U.S. in December the country's President Barack Obama announced that he hoped to create 17,000 jobs by allocating $2.3 billion in tax credits to the clean energy manufacturing sector.
