Carl Edwards led the field to the green flag to start the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series at Bristol Motor Speedway on April 17. Nearly three hours and 16 minutes later, he led the field to the checkered flag of the Food City 500 for his first win of the season.

Lady Luck is a cruel mistress and on Sunday she bit the leaders of the Windows 10 400 in the closing stages of the race. Matt Kenseth won't complain as misfortune for others led him straight to Victory Lane.

If NASCAR had such a thing as a hat-trick, Kyle Busch has just completed it. Busch continued his incredible run since returning from injury and won his third-consecutive Sprint Cup Series on Sunday.
