Toronto - On January 12 Toronto mourned as Toronto Police Sergeant Ryan Russell was killed in the streets of Toronto during the line of duty. Today the city celebrated his memory with the dedication of the Sergeant Ryan Russell Parkette at 250 Avenue Road.
