Beached whale led back to sea by Navy staff and local volunteers

Salina Cruz - After nearly 12 hours of work, Mexican Navy personnel with the help of hundreds of civilian volunteers, assisted a young grey whale so it could return to sea; the calf became beached on Friday at Punta Conejo Bay, near the port of Salina Cruz, Oaxaca.
