Belgian Bishop Roger Vangheluwe admits sexual abuse, resigns

Roger Vangheluwe, 74, a Catholic bishop of the Flemish city of Brugge in Belgium, has resigned. In a letter, he admits to have abused a boy before and after he became a bishop.

Rogers has officially bailed on the video store business, announcing plans on Tuesday to close all remaining 93 Rogers Video locations across Canada.
