A Red Cross convoy arrives in the Syrian city of Homs and prepares to deliver supplies to the Baba Amr district after a month-long bombardment.
The Red Cross is to try for a fourth consecutive day to get relief aid into the shattered Baba Amr district of the central Syrian city of Homs.
The ICRC says Syria has refused to allow a humanitarian convoy to enter the bombarded Baba Amr district of Homs, a move it calls "unacceptable".

Syrian forces renewed their bombardment of rebellious areas of Homs, activists said, as the Red Cross vowed to try again to reach thousands of people stranded in a district overrun by regime troops after a month-long siege.

Officials believe a prank caused the red lights that changed formation.
