British Columbia's police watchdog has cleared the RCMP of criminal responsibility in the death of Greg Matters last year. Matters' family is not happy and further steps are being taken.

Boyle - The 34-year-old Alberta Mountie faces five charges arising from a vehicle stop in September 2011 in which the driver was shot. More than one shot is believed to have been fired by the officer.

Miami - When the attacker refused police commands to stop eating the face of his victim, the officer fired several shots, killing the naked man.

B.C. cops have shot dead a Nanaimo man while investigating a noise complaint. Police said there was a confrontation and the man was shot. He is the fourth person shot dead by cops in B.C. in five weeks. A man was critically injured in a fifth shooting.
