Rescued horse has facial reconstruction surgery

Edmonton - A horse which was seized by the SPCA in December has had surgery to repair a gaping hole in her head. The horse was one of the animals rescued from a farm in Carrot Creek, which is about 160 kilometres east of Edmonton.
