Orlando Magic centre Dwight Howard has signed papers agreeing to waive the early termination option in his contract and he will be with the Magic to begin the 2012-13 season.


The Orlando Magic have fired coach Stan Van Gundy and mutually agreed to part ways with general manager Otis Smith after a rocky season.


The Toronto Raptors try to record back-to-back victories for just the third time this season, but they'll have to deal with Dwight Howard and the Orlando Magic, who are coming off an impressive victory.


Dwight Howard had 36 points and 13 rebounds, Ryan Anderson added 19 points and 13 boards, and the Orlando Magic beat the Toronto Raptors 92-88 on Monday night in Toronto.


Dwight Howard had 29 points and 18 rebounds to lead the Orlando Magic to a 99-94 win over the Bulls on Thursday, snapping Chicago's eight-game winning streak.
