That works out to a staggering 755% growth in the three years ending last Dec. 31. Murrah federal building in Downtown Oklahoma City. At least 17 federal agents belonging to the ATF, U.S. Secret Service, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the U.S. Customs Service (now a major part of the Dept. of Homeland Security) were killed in the April 19th truck bombing of the building.
