US job losses in November down, unemployment figure revised down

The good news is that US job losses were only 11,000 in November. The Bureau of Labor Statistics has also revised previous figures for September and October by effectively reinstating 148,000 jobs previously described as lost in a reevaluation.

German exports increased by 2.5% in November, reaching 94.9bn euros, the country's Federal Statistics Office says.

The value of Canadian building permits issued in December totalled $6.8 billion in December, Statistics Canada reported Tuesday, up by 11.1 per cent from November.
