Five months after getting off of government welfare, Nadya "Octomom" Suleman is reported to be back on it again. This time, according to Octomom, it will be "temporary."

Nadya "Octomon" Suleman ended up doing a solo porn movie called "Octomom Home Alone." Now, her movie has been nominated for four AVN Awards.

According to TMZ, Nadya Suleman has checked into rehab to battle a prescription drug problem. Suleman, better known as Octomom from her reality TV days, has 14 children.

"Octomom" Nadya Suleman shot her first pornographic video last week. The video is set to be released in mid June and she hopes to use the paycheck to buy a new home for her family of 14.

Los Angeles - Michael Kamrava, the Beverly Hills fertility doctor who gained notoriety after impregnating Nadya Suleman with a dozen embryo's resulting in the birth of octuplets, will have his medical license revoked, announced California's Medical Board.
