Nigeria: MEND announces 'new phase' of militancy in Niger Delta

Yenagoa - The militant Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta, MEND, over the weekend bombed an oil trunk pipeline at Brass in Bayelsa State belonging to the Italian oil company ENI. The company in an email statement confirmed the attack.
