Unconfirmed reports say that Col.Gaddafi's brother-in-law and former chief of Libyan intelligence, Abdullah al-Senussi, has been arrested on Sunday. He was surrounded in the same area where Saif al-Islam Gaddafi was captured on Saturday.

Libya's National Transitional Council has branded neighbouring Niger's decision to grant Al-Saadi Gaddafi humanitarian asylum a hostile one. It has asked Niger to rethink the decision.
