Governor Christine Gregoire signed gay marriage into law on Monday, making Washington state the seventh in the U.S. to legalize same-sex marriage. Gregoire at the signing, said: "This is a very proud moment...I'm proud of who and what we are as a state."
Saint Paul -
House Representatives in the Minnesota Legislature have proposed a bill that will open the door for resident farmers to grow medical marijuana for resale to dispensaries in states which have legalized the use and sale of marijuana for medical conditions.
