Walrus moms, national security, and thin ice

(Mother's Day) - As global climate change continues to affect the sea ice conditions in the Arctic, the world faces conflicts over ocean rights, while wildlife struggles to adapt. The U.S. Government hopes ratifying the U.N. Law of the Sea is a solution.
