Viewers will quickly realize that Oscar-winning director Kathryn Bigelow's new film, "Zero Dark Thirty," is not for the faint of heart. That's because the first 15 minutes of the film is basically one prolonged torture scene.
A Republican Congressman has accused the White House of giving film director Kathryn Bigelow access to special documents containing the special operation that eventually killed Osama bin Laden. The White House denies this allegation.
"The goal of the IMMI proposal is to task the government with finding ways to strengthen freedom of expression around the world and in Iceland, " according to the Icelandic Modern Media Initiative's website.
