Intergalactic alien mounts protest against privacy invasion by CCTV cameras

An irate UK citizen, sick and tired of the snooping by police CCTV cameras into his flat, asked an Intergalactic Alien to help mount a protest against this invasion of privacy. And it worked a treat.
