Tucson - Three girls, ages 12, 13 and 17, were reportedly imprisoned in a Tucson, Ariz., home for two years. The mother, Sophia Richter, 32, and stepfather, Fernando Richter, 34, have both been arrested and booked into the Pima County Jail.
