Young woman charged with 88 counts in Toronto fraud investigation

Toronto - The suspect is a pretty young woman in a Toronto fraud investigation. She is accused of emptying out bank accounts using counterfeit ID. If she is convicted of all charges she may very well have left her youth behind.
