From delays and canceled flights to long security lines, you never know what holiday travel has in store for you. So FareCompare.com has come up with tips for any travel scenario to help you get to your destination with minimal hassle.

FareCompare CTO and co-founder Graeme Wallace states, "The total seat reduction from the Saturday before Thanksgiving to the Monday after the holiday is more than 600,000.
