Forty years after the man known as DB Cooper hijacked a 727 and parachuted into infamy, a relative of an FBI suspect claims her uncle committed the crime.

Forty years ago on Thanksgiving eve, D. B. Cooper jumped out of an airplane. He had on a parachute and was carrying $200,000 in ransom money. Cooper was never found and the case remains open in the FBI's files.

Armed pirates raided an idling tanker on Wednesday as it was attempting to transfer its crude oil cargo, about 62 nautical miles from the Benin capital of Cotonou, and hijacked 23 sailors in waters seeing a marked increase in piracy.
